WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We mainly specialise shipments to USA, Canada, UK, Europe* (EU), Australia and New Zealand

However we can generally ship to most countries worldwide. If unsure please get in contact with us, for further information

WHY DO COLOURS ON MY ITEM LOOK DIFFERENT TO THE PICTURE?

The colours you see on PC monitors or other electronic devices will usually be different to printers, for a few main reasons.

1. Type of monitor/screen - LCD's, LED's, OLEDS, etc

2. Colour scheme - Monitors use additive colour scheme "RGB" while printers use subtractive "CMYK"

3. Brightness & colour settings - Ones personalised settings (ie. contrast, brightness, sharpness, etc) can obstruct the image also. The colour spectrum is another aspect

CAN I ONLY ORDER ONLINE?

Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. It is fast, safe and secure as we have teamed up with the industry standard payment processors.

Please note: once an order is placed we are unable to make changes, additions or cancellations on your order. Please contact us for further advice.

IS MY ORDER BEING TRACKED?

Yes, we do our utmost to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

Once your item/s have left our warehouse with our courier partners, we'll send your tracking number via email (Within 2 business days).

Please inform us if you haven't received your tracking number after this period.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?

When payment is confirmed, our first job is getting your order processed, checked and packed. (usually 1 business day)

When shipment is arranged with our courier partners a tracking number is generated. We forward this tracking number to your email

You should receive this email within 2 business days. If you do not, please contact us

ARE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS RE-STOCKED?

If any items are out of stock, we do re-stock once they're available. If there's no inventory at our warehouses, they'll be removed from the options with the buttons being dimmed out.
