Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
- We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include the cost of shipping. Further information of Refund Policy.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will differ based on the type and quantity of products, costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any additional items added to basket will incur a lower rate of shipping charges. Please check before making an order.
- Delivery times will vary from State to State, however we estimate between 3-10 business days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates do not include order processing time.
- An email will be sent out once your order has been received by courier to confirm your order being shipped.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been received and we'll start processing your order.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fruit-Full Fitness are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Fruit-Full Fitness regrets to inform that from time to time damages and lost orders can occur during shipment from moving cargo. Therefore if you received your order damaged, please contact us to allow us the opportunity to rectify your order and give you a great experience by a service we pride ourselves on. Please save all packaging materials, damaged goods and photo evidence before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
- The countries we currently ship to are USA, Canada, UK and Australia.
- Processing times are the same as above for each country.
- Shipping rates (paid in ($) USD) and delivery times will differ from country to country.
